We would like to inform all of our customers that SecuredDex has completed a company and brand-name transition. The platform will now operate under our new trade name and trademark:
369 Exchange
This change involves the company and brand identity only. Your account information, transaction history, wallet information, and cryptocurrency balances are not being reset or removed as a result of this transition.
Your existing account remains associated with you.
When you log in to the 369 Exchange platform, you will be able to access your account and review the assets and information associated with your account.
We understand that a change of company name or domain can understandably raise questions about the safety of your cryptocurrency and account information.
Please be assured that the transition from SecuredDex to 369 Exchange does not, by itself, mean that your cryptocurrency has been lost, transferred away, or deleted.
If your cryptocurrency is held in your personal/self-custodied wallet, the change of company name and domain does not affect those blockchain assets. Your wallet and its blockchain balances remain independent of the website's branding or domain name.
